The eTOWS app is a comprehensive, contact free, time efficient, secure environment where users can enter, scan, and collect the necessary information required to submit a Service Request for Roadside Assistance, Tow and Storage/Impound, or Tow Only services. This real-time peer-to-peer app eliminates the need for unnecessary timely redundant phone calls between users and tow service providers. . Users can enter and edit the data that is entered in the individual service requests, if they are authorized to do so, authorization and access to individual Service Requests is granted when a user either generates the Service Request or is assigned the responsibility of completing the Service Request.
